We started our daily morning and evening training with a motivated group in front of the Badeschiff right at the Donau riverside. Our soon-to-be heroes were equipped with muscle cream, sportnahrung.at-survival-packages, Isano-bars, shirts and other equipment in preparation for this exhausting time.
The weather girl didn’t really bless us with the best weather on our first Vienna challenge, as it was mainly rainy, snowing, windy, cold and we only had a few sunny days. In the heat of the moment we quickly forgot the few raindrops and fully concentrated on the physical effort with a positive team spirit.
The training consisted of a good mix of functional training with equipment like kettle bells, TRX bands, bulgarian bags à la The Drill and endurance/strength training à la SwissCityBootCamp. The participants all made a big step towards their goals with this training – Whether it be weight loss, improving physical fitness, muscle regeneration or just overwhelming the inner weakness. Michi and me also provided personal coaching to support the attendees with their goals.
Included in the Bodyreboot Challenge was a raw food and nutrition workshop with WellVille products followed by a tasty brunch and a special mobility training. The 4 weeks were over in no time and after such we were a well-coordinated team that will come together again on 12th June.
