Say Goodbye to Ageing Skin – The Best Tips against Wrinkles, Dull Skin, and Loss of Radiance

We all get older, but is it really part of genetics and predisposition how fast our skin ages? Is it simply something that we have to live with, when the first wrinkles appear? Or might we be able to influence it somehow? Thank God, the second statement is true, as the 4 main criteria for ageing skin are oxidation, inflammation, hyperglycemia, and decrease of endogenous hormones.

These are 4 factors that we can alter easily, so that the skin does not lose its firmness, the organs function properly, the body is not acidified, the joints don’t wear-out, and the circulation stops stagnating.

Many times, a supply of these fatty acids in combination with a small detox already assists in the remedy of arthrosis pains.
