I think the training is awesome. The fresh air, the variety of the training.
My metabolism has improved, my performance also.
Going to bootcamp in the evening gives me more energy, rather than spending my evening on the couch after a long day at the office.
It is not only demanding to go to one’s limits, and sometimes even a little bit above, for an hour, but in a group with equal minded people it is a lot of fun. The trainers understand their “job” and do not let you off easily, exactly as it should be.
I am a lot fitter, have better body awareness. For me this is a very good change to my other active sports (running, tennis, and golf).
The advances I have made since starting bootcamp are unbelievable.
At the first training I had thought I would die and now I want to be challenged more and more.
