More Strength and Energy during your training

As you have heard, my training in Bali was really exciting and intense, and I enjoyed it tremendously. It was amazing to connect with people from all around the world and exchange stories and experiences with each other.

Of course I kept myself in shape during this time as well, and I rediscovered the quality of yoga again for myself.

Recently, I had simply felt inflexible and blown up due to the many trainings (several hours per day). 14 days of intense yoga training besides BOOTCAMP and running sessions, which I had composed for myself, accompanied by the delicious and nutrient-rich foods have elevated my body to a whole new level.

t feels strong, energetic, and also flexible again. So, this combination is really genius and I would recommend it to everyone.

I have tried to continue my yoga program after my return, but it is not really that easy once you are back to daily life and to your routines. It was also nice to simply hand over the responsibilities to our excellent yoga instructor Adam for 1.5 hours and just be able to participate.

Through to the raw food cooking classes I got into the Ashtanga series once more, and now I am teaching myself the sequence again, in order to create my own yoga sessions.

Are you familiar with Ashtanga Yoga?

It is based on Hatha yoga, the special characteristic being the dynamic sequencing of postures (Asanas). There are 6 set sequences with increasing level of difficulty. It is rather difficult and great fun… and it provides you with extreme inner balance and strength.

In case you would like to try to include it maybe after your training, here I have put together a half an hour Ashtanga Yoga session that you can even quickly fit into a fully scheduled day. You will be able to feel a real change after some time! Have fun with it and I look forward to your comments about the session.

The combination of interval and functional training together with yoga sessions is a real game changer!
