Detox and Fasting Days in the Brandnertal: Live-Interview

How we felt after the Detoxing and Fasting Days (further down in the text a live-interview by one of our participants)

8 days lay before us on 30 October 2015, and each one of us had an anxious feeling, as the thought of having to be without solid food for such a long time and having a lot of time to and with oneself was a completely new experience for almost all of the participants.

There were however repeat offenders as well; those who had felt so well after the previous detox and fasting that they now attempt to integrate the concept of yearly fasting into their lives. Each body requires a small break at least once a year, which will also supply mental power and energy.

Such a pity, every time I say that we should organize before and after shots, and every time I am so focused on the needs of our participants and the professional execution of the week and the consultations that I rank this endeavor towards the end of the priority list and don’t think of it in the end.

These pictures would not be meant to show that everyone may be a couple of pounds lighter afterwards, but it is truly a phenomenon how the participants’ radiance, attitude, stress level and so much more change after only 7 days of fasting and detoxing. At the end of the week: A radiant look, a beautifully erect and proud posture, and one can really sense the inner balance of everyone. Truly amazing!

New experiences and surprises happen for me, too. I was especially proud of how my partner persevered, even though he had protested against coming along in the first place. And even if he did not want to admit it, I do think that he was happy in the end. Based on his lifestyle, he was not feeling well and suffered from an inflamed stomach, lack of energy, etc. and now he suddenly looked years younger and his amazing radiance and attractive looks reappeared! 🙂

We spent the week together but every one for herself at the same time with presentations about nutrition and fasting, hikes, massages, wellness, juices, soups, kinesiology private sessions, yoga, and meditation. Each time it is an enrichment and further development for myself, too.

I must say that the group was simply extremely loving with great dynamics and a positive attitude, which made this time one of my most wonderful detox stays since the start of my events in 2012. A big thank you to each and everyone!
